There is a place here for your time, your craft or your support.

Whether you have two hours a month, a company CSR budget or a one-off gift, here is exactly what we need and exactly what happens with what you give.

Volunteer with us

Volunteer opportunities

Every volunteer receives an introduction session, a named contact person, and a written confirmation of their contribution for study or employment purposes.

Volunteer role

Community host

Welcome participants at workshops and concerts, make introductions, and make sure nobody stands alone at the edge of a room. Roughly 3 hours per event, no experience needed — only warmth and reliability.

Volunteer role

Event coordinator

Help plan and run concerts, seminars and community actions: venue logistics, scheduling, volunteer briefing and on-the-day coordination. Ideal for organised people who enjoy making things run smoothly.

Volunteer role

Creative contributor

Musicians, storytellers, visual artists, photographers and writers who can lead a session, accompany an ensemble, or document our work for reports and social media.

Volunteer role

Language & integration buddy

Accompany a newcomer through practical first steps — a conversation club, a form, a phone call to an office. Czech plus any second language is welcome; commitment is typically 2 hours weekly for six months.

Volunteer role

Youth mentor

Work alongside our youth programme facilitators in schools and clubs. Requires a briefing, safeguarding agreement and consistent attendance across a programme cycle.

Volunteer role

Back-office volunteer

Administration, translation of documents, grant research, bookkeeping support and website upkeep. Remote-friendly and genuinely valuable — this is the work that keeps everything else legal and funded.

Partnership & sponsorship

Working with institutions, foundations and companies

We enter partnerships that serve our participants first. Here is how we work and what a partner can expect from us.

Who we partner with

Municipal authorities and city districts, schools and libraries, cultural venues, foundations and grant-making bodies, health and social service providers, and companies whose values are compatible with our non-discrimination and safeguarding commitments. We decline partnerships that would compromise participant dignity or our independence.

What a partnership looks like

Co-designed programmes with agreed objectives, a written cooperation agreement, defined roles and budget, a named contact on both sides, and a closing report with participation figures, outcomes and financial accounting against the agreed budget lines.

Corporate sponsorship & CSR

Sponsors may fund a full programme cycle, a single concert, equipment, or transport and accessibility costs. Recognition is offered on event materials, in the annual report and on this website. Employee volunteering days can be arranged around our community actions.

In-kind and pro bono support

Rehearsal and event space, instruments, printing, catering for community meals, legal and accounting advice, translation and IT support are all genuinely useful. In-kind gifts are valued and recorded in our accounts exactly as monetary donations are.
