This website is operated by Feng-yün Song, z.s., a registered association with its seat at Chodovská 1549/18, 101 00 Praha 10, Czech Republic, IČO 28558502. By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. Use of the website
You may browse, read, print and share the content of this website for personal, educational and non-commercial purposes, provided you credit Feng-yün Song, z.s. You may not use the site unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation, or use it to transmit harmful, abusive or misleading material.
Unless stated otherwise, all text, imagery, the organisation's name and its logo are the property of Feng-yün Song, z.s. or are used with permission. Reproduction for commercial purposes requires our prior written consent.

Content is nevertheless provided for general information only and may change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website and may suspend or modify it at any time.
Nothing on this website constitutes medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Our well-being programmes are educational and community-based and are not a substitute for professional care. If you are in crisis, please contact emergency services or a qualified professional.
4. Participation, volunteering and donations
Participation in our programmes is subject to available capacity and to our safeguarding, non-discrimination and code-of-conduct rules. We may decline or end participation where behaviour endangers the safety, dignity or well-being of others.
Volunteering is governed by a separate written arrangement describing the role, expectations and confidentiality obligations. Donations are voluntary and, once transferred, are generally non-refundable; where a donation was made in error, please contact us promptly and we will resolve it fairly. Restricted donations are used only for the stated purpose, as described on our Get Involved and Governance pages.
5. Liability, external links and governing law
To the extent permitted by law, Feng-yün Song, z.s. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Czech law.
This site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
